Vehicles

About the vehicles I've driven till date, best ones first of course!

1. Ford Mustang (US)
I must admit that I didn't match up to it. It was so good that I'd to go for something at my level :)

2. Ford Fusion (US version)
Extremely comfortable & powerful, pleasant to drive.

3. Santro Xing
Now that the best ones I've driven are done with, will go into the Indian segment. Santro has been the best so far.

4. Maruti 800
Not a great vehicle, but better than bikes.

5. Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS
Better than any 2 wheeler I've driven till date. Gives 60+kmpl, far above what it's peers with same engine capacity give. Powerful, looks good, all parts seem custom made (for example extra loud horn, wider tires that are very much comparable to 150cc models). No complaints so far, except the initial problems with the gears and not so much power at lower speeds.

6. Unicorn Dazler
Good pickup, powerful, decent looks. Gears weren't as smooth as Pulsar 135's. Overall, just didn't feel so great, but a good one!

7. Bajaj Chetak
"The best" in terms of maintenance. Haven't given for servicing for 4 years & starts up on first kick! Awesome.

8. TVS Scooty
Best yet among gearless bikes.

9. Bajaj Cub
Worst bike with gears - negligible pick up at higher speeds, maxes out at 50kmph. Best as a backup bike.

10. Bicycles (Trailblazer, Nitrogen, etc.)
No great differences between bicycles. Only disadvantages are physical effort involved all the time to keep moving, can't go long distances, higher vulnerability to weather.

11. LML Trendy
'Khatara' - that's what I call it now. Basically because of it's very low clearance height, have to get down at every speed breaker. High on maintenance & not so great on mileage too. Bicycles seem better.

Had something in mind, wrote something else. May have to revisit this post.

Revisited (6Feb2011), but still don't feel I updated much, will revisit again sometime :)
